Service Description

Including 20 mins Postural analysis, recommendation on which muscles groups need strengthening or stretching, discussion about lifestyle habits, how can they effect on your posture, and sport performances. Aches and pains during daily activities, advising complementary sport activities for the client. Explanation of certain exercises which can help the client to improve their posture, flexibility, strength and endurance.
